Manage My Library Account
Your ONU ID is your library card. When you are asked to insert your name and ID number or name and barcode number, you must enter your first and last name and all 11 digits on the university card.

Loans and Fines
For information regarding the loan and overdue policies for Heterick materials for faculty and staff please click the link below.
Faculty and staff are responsible to pay fines incurred for overdue, damaged, or lost OhioLink materials. For more information please see the OhioLink tab on this guide.
OhioLINK loan periods for faculty have been extended to 42 days with up to six renewals should items not be placed on hold.

Since 1915, the library has offered the campus community information resources, facilities for study and teaching and a staff interested in the vital work of our faculty.

Heterick offers classrooms, conference rooms, music and computer labs for faculty, staff, and student use. You can check room availability as well as request the use of one of these rooms by clicking the Room Reservation link on the Heterick webpage. Off Campus Access
If you are trying to access a database or journal from off campus, simply click the "Off-Campus" link directly to the right of the desired database. You will be prompted to enter your first and last name and all eleven (11) digits on your university ID card. Copying and Printing
Copiers are available on all three of the library's floors. If you wish to make copies please ask at the front desk for the copier key. You will be asked to sign a notebook in which you will note your name, department, and how many copies you intend to make. The departments are charged at the end of each semester by the Controller's office.
The third floor copier 11x17 and 81/2x14. The second floor copiers supports both legal and letter size copies while the first floor copier contains letter size only.
There are printers available in both computer labs and at the print stations located on the first floor. A color printer is available in the large lab.
